A choice is available between two remuneration models: |

Our consulting services are remunerated by the insurance companies through a brokerage commission (courtage*). No invoice is issued to the client. |

The client and expatpartners ag agree in advance upon a fee (an hourly fee or a flat rate for the project). The fee will be charged against the commission (if any) paid out by the insurer to expatpartners ag (where net premiums are not possible). |

expatpartners ag can be held liable for any errors, negligence or incorrect advice in connection with our consulting and brokerage services. expatpartners carries a professional liability insurance with Chartis Europe SA in Zurich. Martin Bühler, Managing Partner of expartpartners ag, is the contact person for any complaints and liability issues.
*Information concerning the level of courtage: As a rule, the brokerage rates for the international insurance solutions offered by expatpartners ag (international health insurance, international risk plans, etc.) range from 5% to 10% of the annual premium. The courtage can also differ from these figures depending on the line of business (branch, individual or group plans, contract volume, etc.). |
