Anuschka de Courcey-Bayley joined expatpartners ag as a Senior Health Insurance Consultant on June 1, 2013. Anuschka obtained her business school diploma with focus on banking. She stayed in the banking sector and worked in sales in the US- and Asian securities market. For the past 12 years she has been with UBS AG as an Employee Benefits Specialist. In this time she could additionally deepen her knowledge by taking Benefits and Compensation courses at ‘World at Work’. At UBS she was responsible for the management and the governance of the International Health Plan for expatriates. She has particular knowledge on health care insurance for expatriates including global and Swiss health care legislation requirements. She was a member of the Benefits Committee of UBS and also responsible for the yearly global governance of all pension and insurance contracts of the bank. As a benefits specialist she has therefore a long-term experience with pension, insurance and medical plans as well as project management.

Anuschka de Courcey-Bayley is fluent in German, English, Italian, Czech and French.
